Bealach-Na-Ba
Bealach-Na-Ba

This is the view backdown the valley to the distant Loch Kishorn. The photgraph was taken from the Steepest-in-the-shortest-distance-road in Britain, 2053ft in only 6km. Bealach-na-ba (pronounced Bealach nam bo) means pass of the cattle and can give an outstanding view of Skye and other the islands at the highest point but you will have to be lucky due to the very changable weather. The road is not for the faint hearted!
